Every property is somewhere I'd want to stay myself — that's the whole rule. — Caleb, your host
About the host

A small collection,
tended carefully.

I'm Caleb — born and raised in Alabama, hosting for three years, with a 100% response rate and a 4.97★ average across 72 reviews. I keep this collection deliberately small so every guest gets a real welcome and a clean, well-loved place to land.

The name's a nod to my two worlds. Branches are the campground and the woods — pine needles, fire pits, slow mornings. Lofts are the city stays — high ceilings, walkable streets, late dinners. Same care, different settings.

Each property has its own personality. The campground is for stargazers and slow mornings. Little River Lodge is for big families and long weekends. The Cloverdale Loft is for couples, business trips, and TDY military. The pecan-grove camper is for game days and quiet nights around a fire.

A small detail I'm fond of — there's a personal weather station running on-site at both the Lodge (KALFORTP64) and the Camper (KALALBER29), so you can check live conditions straight from the property before you pack.

Booking direct here means you talk to me, not a help desk — and you skip the platform fees.
